Biccies sells luxury handmade, hand iced and hand packaged biscuits on the internet to private and corporate customers.
All our biscuits are normally sent out between two and five full working days from time of ordering. However, if you have a specific delivery date in mind or need your biscuits urgently please call us on 01634 540078 we will endeavour to accommodate.
All Biccies Singles are sent by Royal Mail First Class. Biccies Boxes are sent 1st Class Recorded. 1st Class Recorded is a signed for service, all customers must make sure that their recipient will be at the stated address for a signature. We can offer a Special Delivery service and customers must call to book this. We do not take responsibility for any delays in delivery by Royal Mail; this includes industrial action which can result in disruption of their service. Biccies does not accept the responsibility for return postage costs, items lost or damaged in transit, it is down to circumstances that are out of our control, except at our discretion.
We give all of our bakers and icers the weekend off, therefore we do not normally dispatch on Saturday or Sunday.
To order your biscuits, you must click on the package that you would like and enter your gift message. Nochex will then take your payment and your order has been taken and will be fulfilled. All monetary transactions taken over the internet are taken by Nochex.
We reserve the right not to send a message that may contain offensive or inappropriate content.
All our biscuits are made and iced by hand. Due to this unique quality the colours and design may vary slightly from the photographs shown on our website.
As Biccies are a food product, we do not offer refunds.
